Eureka is the leading brand in producing efficient, user friendly and high quality coffee grinders. A good coffee grinder will produce uniform grinds which will produce good quality and delicious tasting coffee.

Which grinder should you buy?

Eureka produce a range of coffee grinders. Which one you should choose depends on your desired use. Espresso machines require a very fine grind, cafetières are best filled with coarse granules, and filter coffee should be somewhere in-between. If ground coffee is a mixture of fine and coarse, it can’t be considered ideally prepared for any purpose.

Best for Espresso

Because of the high pressure nature of espresso extraction, an espresso grind is much harder to get right than a filter grind. It needs to have a highly consistent grind size and care needs to be taken that the burrs or burr housing does not get overheated and cause the aromatic compounds to breakdown or sublimate from the coffee.

The Eureka Olympus coffee grinder has a super fast output of 4-6.6 g/s and it is easy to make find adjustments to the grind.

Best for Brew

The Eureka Mignon Brew Pro coffee grinder is a handy, compact size and ideal for brewing outstanding French Press and Drip Brew coffee. This is the perfect machine to use at home or in smaller outlets.

Best for Espresso and Brew

The Eureka Atom 60 coffee grinder is the perfect machine for small to medium sized outlets looking for an on-demand coffee grinder that can produce grounds for anything from Turkish, French Press and Drip Brew, to Espresso without ever losing quality of flavour.

Best for retail

The Eureka Drogheria MCD4 is perfect for any roasters looking to bag and sell their coffee for Turkish, Espresso, Moka, Drip Brew or French Press. It has a 1.6kg hopper, bag holder attached to the chute, and an impressive output of up to 30kg an hour.

When buying a coffee grinder it is best to go for a burr grinder rather than a blade grinder. With a blade grinder a series of blades quickly rotate, “grinding” your coffee. When you use a burr grinder, coffee is ground between surfaces. All Eureka coffee grinders are burr grinders. With a blade grinder the size of the coffee grinds is determined only by the amount of time you let the grinder run for. With a burr grinder you can set the grind size so it is much more precise and uniform.

So don't delay pick the perfect grinder for you and relish the satisfaction of making that perfect cup of coffee everyday.
